Head of Product – High Performance Liquid Cooling Solutions

Join our team as the operational & strategic core driving the product roadmap for our liquid cooling solutions. We are seeking an experienced Head of Product with deep expertise in bringing data center cooling hardware from concept to commercial scale.

You will leverage our patented materials technology to execute the product strategy for immersion and direct-to-chip cooling solutions. This role requires technical fluency, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to effectively communicate value to large enterprise customers.

What you will do:

Your focus is on bringing customer-driven execution to the product lifecycle.

  • Product strategy and roadmap ownership:
    • Define and own the commercially viable product strategy and roadmap for our direct-to-chip and immersion cooling solutions, centered on our unique materials technology
  • Operational structure and execution:
    • Translate market needs and technical capability into clear, structured product requirements that guide R&D and engineering efforts
    • Drive the full operational product lifecycle from initial validation through manufacturing and commercial deployment
  • Customer-centric metrics:
    • Establish and define objective-driven, measurable performance metrics to evaluate product success, create continuous operational improvement, and validate customer ROI/TCO
  • Enterprise communication:
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Sales & Marketing) and manage the flow of product information to enterprise partners, clearly articulating technical value and strategic roadmap direction
  • Market fluency:
    • Stay current on evolving technology, industry standards, and the competitive landscape specific to high-performance liquid cooling in data centers and AI/HPC

What we are looking for:

We need an operational product leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear focus.

  • Operational scale-up experience:
    • Proven track record (8+ years) in product management, specifically having structured and driven hardware product launches within a startup or high-growth scale-up environment
  • Technical depth:
    • Strong understanding of liquid cooling systems (single-phase and two-phase), including cold plate design, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer, ideally within data center, AI chips, or high-performance computing
  • Structured drive and execution:
    • A highly structured thinker who applies clear processes to chaotic environments and is relentlessly driven toward hitting commercial milestones
  • Enterprise communication skills:
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable and effective when presenting technical roadmaps and business cases to senior leadership and technical teams at major enterprise customers
  • Pragmatic and down-to-earth:
    • A collaborative, practical mindset with the ability to thrive in our highly agile, results-oriented, and often hands-on environment
